Bookrepo works with independent third-party logistics and delivery providers to fulfill and deliver orders.
As such:
- Delivery services are carried out by external shipping companies
- Bookrepo does not directly control shipping operations
2. Order Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are processed and prepared for shipment within three (3) business days after payment confirmation
- Processing times may vary slightly depending on product availability and vendor handling
3. Fulfillment Sources
Products ordered on Bookrepo may be shipped from:
- Independent Vendors (Marketplace Sellers), or
- The Bookrepo Fulfillment Center located in Ibadan, Nigeria
Depending on the product and seller, items in the same order may arrive in separate shipments.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on factors such as:
- Delivery location
- Package size/weight
- Selected shipping method
- The total shipping cost will be clearly displayed before order confirmation
5. Delivery Timeframes
- Delivery timelines are estimates provided by third-party logistics providers
- Actual delivery times may vary due to:
- Location
- Courier operations
- Weather, traffic, or unforeseen delays
Bookrepo does not guarantee exact delivery dates.
6. Risk and Responsibility
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon handover of the package to the shipping provider or upon delivery (depending on applicable law)
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information
7. Delivery Issues
If you experience:
- Delays
- Missing items
- Damaged goods
You should:
- Contact Bookrepo/Bloovera support promptly at contact@bloovera.com
- Provide order details and evidence (if applicable)
We will assist in resolving issues with the shipping partner or vendor where possible.
8. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
Additional charges may apply for redelivery.
